Community Meeting – Tuesday October 11th at 6PM
Join us this Tuesday at 6:00pm for our monthly War on Youth community meeting. We will be joined by comrades from the Black Alliance for Peace Solidarity Network to learn about BAP’s international month of action against AFRICOM (the U.S. Africa Command), which aims to raise public awareness about the U.S. empire’s expanding military occupation of Africa, which is spreading instability and violence throughout the continent, undermining sovereignty of the African peoples, plundering African resources, and using Africa as a testing ground for its military and surveillance technologies. Learn about BAP’s efforts to build an anti-war, anti-imperialist movement, its connection to the war at home on Black and Brown people, and how you can join the struggle. We will also be providing updates on the fight against LAPD’s PATHE program here at home.
