This week we’re joined by Black Alliance for Just Immigration (BAJI) Los Angeles Organizer, Maraky Alemseged, to discuss global migration and the surveillance and policing of Black Migrants within the United States and at its borders. We will also be talking about how the War on Terror facilitates the surveillance and criminalization of Black Youth through the DHS’s grant programs targeting extremism. At the top of the webinar, we’ll be taking a deep dive into the Coalition’s guiding principles and reflecting on how they guide our work. Join the fight!
