Join us this upcoming Tuesday June 28th at 6PM over Zoom for our monthly meeting to Fight Against Data Driven Policing. We will be talking about LAPD’s tools of surveillance and recently acquired technology and contracts, including tracking and taking pictures of people and their vehicles using License Plate Scanners and the Records Management System from Motorola and Vigilant Solutions, and online surveillance, profiling, and prediction using Skopenow. We’ll also discuss the overturning of Roe versus Wade, and what this means in the context of the Stalker State and the way folks are surveilled and criminalized.
