Palantir, which was developed by the CIA, is enabler of state violence and severe harm to Black, Brown, and immigrant communities. Palantir processes and provides extensive data to police, ICE, and various other agencies that use it for targeted surveillance, harassment, incarceration, deportation, and murder.
