When we allow the state to police gender and sexuality, it gives license to the larger community to normalize and replicate those same systems of harm.
Join us this Tuesday at 6pm for a collective conversation on cis-hetero-patriarchy and the ways that we replicate the state’s tactics on each other. How do we police gender and sexuality? How do organizing spaces replicate structures of harm?
Join us as we dive into the messy reality of organizing. This meeting will not be recorded to allow space for us to collectively talk about these dynamics that are too often dismissed as interpersonal issues and “not part of the work.”
