3/18: On Tuesday, the Coalition held our monthly General Meeting. This month we provided updates on our various working groups and discussed how the shifting federal landscape under a Trump presidency impacts our organizing locally.
3/21: On Friday, the Coalition supported LA CAN’s regular Resident Organizing Committee (ROC) meeting.
3/22: On Saturday, the Coalition supported a youth-led action in Huntington Park protesting increased state violence against undocumented migrants.
Later that day the Coalition attended the regular meeting of the Community Self Defense Coalition, where we led a presentation on the myth of “sanctuary cities”.
