On Monday, Coalition members attended the Community Self Defense Coalition’s Rally and March, where they spoke out against the reform and harm of the sanctuary city ordinance, and the ways it upholds policing, surveillance, settler colonialism, and state violence.

During lunchtime, Stop LAPD Spying members were able to visit youth group titled “Stop the War Against Youth” (SWAY) on zoom! Then, a couple of members spoke at UCLA’s rally for SJP.
Later that evening, we had our general community meeting where we discussed the current political climate, and our fight back, and we read section two of Automating Banishment!

On Friday, the Coalition met with the Community Self Defense Coalition, to learn about identifying ICE vehicles, and how to be on patrol for ICE.

This Saturday, a Coalition member spoke at the Ma’rifa conference on dismantling policing and zionism.

Early Sunday morning, Coalition members across Los Angeles did community watch with the Community Self Defense Network to expose and disrupt ICE raids!
