On Tuesday this week, we held our monthly War on Youth Meeting where we discussed the relationship between Hindu Nationalism and Zionism, and imperialism in Kashmir.

The Coalition held the Youth Committee meeting for the Community Self-Defense Coalition where we continued to work out and expand our fight against PATHE and LASAR.

On Friday, we supported LA CAN at their monthly Wellness Marketplace which was filled with music, movement, and delicious food!

Saturday was our monthly Youth Day in the Park where the Coalition held a bake sale for Palestine before mobilizing to PYM’s Nakba Day Protest where we honored the martyrs of the ongoing Nakba as we all continue to fight in solidarity for a Free Palestine.

The Coalition went to Nickerson Gardens on Sunday for outreach with folks to talk about their experiences with the Community “Safety” Partnership in our ongoing fight against community policing.
We also turned out to Nodutdol’s Gwangju Uprising memorial event where we honored the revolutionary actions and unending spirit of the students and young folks of the Gwangju Uprising in 1980. Yesterday was not just a remembrance and mourning of a moment, but a promise and a celebration of the ongoing movement that continues today.
