The Coalition celebrated our beloved friend and colleague Tiff!
On Tuesday 5/28:
The Coalition held our monthly Data Driven Policing community meeting. This month we discussed our Watch the Watchers counter-surveillance practice and delved into our findings from our recent outing during this year’s May Day rally. We also discussed the broader umbrella of private actors and surveillance capabilities that operate as extensions of policing.
On Thursday 5/30:
This week’s episode featured a conversation on the true meaning of Memorial Day, the multiple convictions levied against Donald Trump, and Biden’s role in strengthening criminalization efforts in the decades he’s been in politics.
